Our vegan spaghetti al limone (German: spaghetti with lemon) are a wonderful summery, fresh and and above all quick Italian recipe. Lemon goes incredibly well with pasta. Try it out straight away! Ingredients (2 portions):
20g vegan butter
1 clove of garlic
1 yellow, fragrant lemon (organic)
200ml cream (vegan)
250g spaghetti
salt
pepper
1 red chili
Fresh parsley
Grated vegan parmesan
Preparation:
- First wash and dry the lemon thoroughly
- Then grate the lemon with a grater, preferably one that does not grate too deeply so that only the yellow part of the peel is used
- Now you can bring the water to the boil
- Melt the butter over a low heat, add the garlic to the pan and toss it briefly in the butter so that the butter takes on the aroma of the garlic
- Then remove the garlic from the pan
- Next, add the cream and grated lemon zest to the pan and bring to the boil
- Now add the juice of about half a squeezed lemon to the pan
- Finally, add the cooked spaghetti, the chilli and some vegan parmesan and stir everything together well
- Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste
- Enjoy your meal!
