Low Carb Protein Plätzchen

Low carb protein cookies

These delicious and really quick to prepare low carb protein cookies are simply amazing because they are low in carbohydrates and fat but high in protein. Best of all, these healthy cookies also taste really delicious!

Total time: 15 min. + approx. 20 min. baking time

Ingredients (25-30 cookies):

50g LiveFresh Protein mix vanilla

250g low-fat quark

2 eggs

100g chopped almonds

30g erythritol

20g chia seeds

pulp of one vanilla

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

50g dark chocolate

Vers. chopped nuts to decorate

 

Preparation:

  1. First preheat the oven to 180 °C fan oven

  2. Then mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, except the dark chocolate and nuts for decoration

  3. Then use a piping bag to spread the cookie mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper

  4. Now place in the oven for approx. 20 minutes

  5. Finally, decorate with dark chocolate and chopped nuts

  6. Enjoy!
