Ingredients (2 portions):
2 wholemeal burger buns
2 halloumi cheese
½ avocado
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 onion red
1 romaine lettuce head
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Tzatziki sauce
Some tomato paste
Agave syrup
Preparation:

Marinate the halloumi with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika powder and a little tomato paste

Now slice the onion

Then place two pans on the stove, fry the halloumi and onions in one pan and fry the burger buns in the other pan until golden brown

In the meantime, wash and slice the vegetables, wash the lettuce and tear off the leaves

Finally, add the tzatziki to the burger buns and gradually top with the salad, halloumi and vegetables
