Ingredients (4 portions):

500g wholemeal spaghetti

4 tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

1 chili pepper

100g olives

150g rocket

6 tbsp olive oil

Vegan parmesan

salt

pepper

Oregano

Preparation: 

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions in plenty of salted water
  2. Meanwhile, chop the garlic, tomatoes, olives and pepper into small pieces
  3. Put a little oil in a pan, heat it up and sauté the chopped ingredients
  4. Season to taste and then add the spaghetti
  5. Now all that's missing is olive oil and rocket when serving - and you're done!
