When it gets a little colder outside, we always really feel like cinnamon! These homemade vegan Cini Minis contain little sugar and are so delicious - you absolutely have to try them. When preparing and following up your juice cleanse you can use the vegan Cini Minis perfect for breakfast. Enjoy the taste!

Ingredients (6 portions):

3 tortilla wraps

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp xylitol

Preparation: 

  1. Cut the tortilla wraps into square pieces
  2. Mix the squares with coconut oil, cinnamon and xylitol in a bowl 
  3. Place the Cini Minis on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10-15 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius
  4. Enjoy the vegan Cini Minis with plant-based milk!
