Ingredients (4 portions):
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
150g carrots
400g broccoli
250g zucchinis
200g chanterelles
1 tbsp olive oil
700ml vegetable stock
200g Ebly sun wheat
Fresh parsley
1 tsp paprika powder
salt
pepper
Preparation:
- First peel the onion and wash the vegetables
- Now cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces
- Then heat the oil in a saucepan or large frying pan
- Next, add the carrots and zucchinis to the pan and sauté briefly
- Then add the broccoli, peppers, chanterelles and onion at short intervals and continue to sauté
- Now season with paprika powder, salt and pepper and then add the sun wheat on top
- Finally, deglaze everything with the vegetable stock and simmer over a low heat for approx. 15 mins.
- Arrange, serve and enjoy!
