The chocolate bars consist of a coconut filling and a chocolate coatingwhich you can spread quite quickly and easily on plant-based to prepare at home. Ingredients (8 bars):
Filling:
100g grated coconut
60g creamy coconut milk
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
Chocolate coating:
150g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- First stir together the grated coconut, coconut milk, agave syrup and coconut oil to form a firm mixture and set aside
- Now melt the chocolate together with 1 tbsp of coconut oil over a bain-marie or in the microwave
- Next, take some of the mixture and mix with about half of the chocolate
- Then press the mixture with the chocolate into the silicone mold and then pour the remaining light mixture over it and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
- Finally, cover the bars with the remaining chocolate and place in the fridge for another 15 minutes
- You can then enjoy the vegan bounties!
