100g red lentils
1 red onion
200ml LiveFresh vegetable stock
50g feta cheese
Dried tomatoes in oil
20 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
paprika powder
salt
pepper
Preparation:
- The High Protein Pasta according to the packet instructions.
- Chop the onion, tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes, then place the chopped onions in a hot pan with a little olive oil and fry until translucent.
