Ingredients (18 balls):
40g coconut flour
50g shredded coconut
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp almond butter
1 can of coconut milk (solid part + 3 tbsp of coconut water)

Preparation:
- Place the coconut flour and shredded coconut in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the agave syrup, almond butter and the solid part of the coconut milk and mix well. If the mixture is still too dry, you can slowly add some of the coconut water until a smooth consistency is achieved.
- With moistened hands, place an almond in each piece of dough, form small balls and roll them in the grated coconut.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
