Ingredients (12 cookies):
120g applesauce
100g oat flakes
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- In a bowl, mix together the apple sauce, rolled oats, agave syrup and coconut oil until a dough forms
- Shape the dough into balls by hand and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cookies are golden brown
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack before serving
Tip: For a special flavor note, you can also add cinnamon or nuts.
