Vegan banana pancakes

Ingredients (12 pancakes):

150g flour

1 teaspoon Baking powder

1 pinch of salt

1 ripe banana

250ml plant milk

oil

Optional: cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Put the flour together with the baking powder, the cinnamon and a small pinch of salt in a bowl and mix everything well
  2. Press the banana on a plate with the help of a fork
  3. Add the crushed banana and plant milk to the dry ingredients
  4. Mix the dough carefully
  5. Heat some oil in a pan
  6. Bake out the pancakes over medium heat
  7. Apply the pancakes after about 3-4 minutes and also fry the other side until golden brown
