Ingredients (1 tarte flambée):
200g sweet potatoes
50g spelt flour
1 tsp salt
Ingredients for the topping:
50g yogurt
salt
pepper
parsley
1 LiveFresh Ras El Hanout Bowl
Preparation:

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into small pieces and boil them in a pot of salted water for about 10 minutes.

Drain the water and mash the sweet potatoes into a paste

Now put the spelt flour and salt in a bowl and add the sweet potato mashed potato

Knead the ingredients into a dough with your hands and roll it out thinly on a floured work surface

Then place the dough on a baking tray and bake for approx. 10 mins. at 220°C

While the tarte flambée dough is in the oven, prepare the ras el hanout bowl according to the packet instructions

Now you can season the yogurt with a little salt and pepper and chop the parsley

Take the pastry out of the oven, spread the yoghurt on top and spread the LiveFresh Ras El Hanout Bowl on top

Sprinkle the tarte flambée with parsley and serve
