Easter is the time for snacking and sweets. However, if you want to avoid lots of sugar and unhealthy snacks, you should definitely try these delicious vegan chocolate Easter eggs. Ingredients (approx. 20 eggs):
1 ½ carrots
15 dates
60g pecan nuts
80g rolled oats
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp sea salt
4 tbsp grated coconut
Vegan chocolate
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients except the chocolate in a blender and blend until you have a fine mixture
- Form small eggs from the mixture
- Now melt some chocolate in a bain-marie
- Skewer an egg on a skewer and turn it in the chocolate until it is completely covered
- Repeat this with all the eggs and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper to dry
