Vegan almondmus

You love almond butterbut it's too expensive for you in the shops? We feel you! Then how about a cheaper alternative that tastes just as amazing and that you can easily mix yourself at home? In our recipe, our chef Michi shows you how to make the recipe for vegan brown almond butter yourself. By the way, the almond butter also tastes fabulous with our vegan apple and cinnamon porridgewhich is great for a juice cleanse preparation and post preparation or a method of interval fasting method. As you can see, it is quick and easy to prepare and versatile for a healthy diet. 

Ingredients (1 glass):

500g almonds

1 tsp cinnamon

sea salt

1 tbsp agave syrup

Preparation:

  1. First place the unpeeled almonds in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C convection oven before blending (note: when roasting, the oil comes out faster and the almonds are easier to blend)
  2. Then leave the almonds to cool and place in a powerful blender
  3. First grind on the lowest setting and then on the highest setting until a creamy consistency is achieved. Depending on the appliance, this can take up to 20 minutes
  4. Then refine the vegan almond butter with cinnamon, sea salt and a tablespoon of agave syrup
  5. Pour the finished vegan almond butter into a preserving jar, done!
