Ingredients (1 tray):
400g berries
2 tbsp date syrup
Preparation:
- Put the berries and the date syrup in a blender and blend until you get a creamy mixture
- Pour the mixture through a sieve into a new bowl to filter out any solids
- Pour the mixture onto a baking tray without baking paper
- Spread the mixture thinly on the tray
- Place the tray in the oven at 50 °C for 4 hours
- Leave the mixture to cool and cut it into strips on the tray
- Separate the strips from the baking tray
- Enjoy your meal!
