Ingredients (3 summer rolls):

1 LiveFresh Turmeric curry

½ cucumber

½ Carrot

Lettuce leaves

sesame seeds

Sriracha sauce

Rice paper

Preparation:

  1. First prepare the turmeric curry according to the packet instructions

  2. Meanwhile, wash the vegetables, cut the carrots and cucumber into strips and set aside individual lettuce leaves

  3. Now fill a plate with a little water and briefly dip the rice paper into the water until it is soft

  4. Then fill the rice paper with the lettuce leaves, vegetables and turmeric curry, add some sesame seeds and roll up

  5. Finally, arrange on a plate and top with Sriracha sauce as required

  6. Enjoy!
