Tired of muesli and bread for breakfast? These vegan baked oats are the perfect healthy alternative. With lots of fresh fruit, they are super tasty and nutritious too. Ingredients (6 portions):
240g rolled oats
820ml plant-based milk
3 ripe bananas
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
strawberries
raspberries
Blackberries
Preparation:
- Put the rolled oats, plant-based milk, bananas, baking powder and salt in a blender and mix everything into a viscous porridge
- Mix about half of the batter with cocoa
- Pour the light and then the dark batter into an ovenproof baking dish/bowl
- Place small portions of peanut butter in different places on the dough and gently press them in so that they disappear into the dough
- Top with various fruits
- Bake the oats in the oven at 180°C for approx. 20 - 30 minutes
