Ingredients (1 tray):

4 medium-sized carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup cornmeal

1/2 cup oat milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for frying

Preparation:

    1. Peel the carrots and cut into sticks

    2. Then mix the Panko breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl

    3. In a separate bowl, mix the cornflour with a pinch of salt

    4. In a third bowl, prepare the oat milk.

    5. Now dip the carrot pieces in the corn flour to lightly coat them

    6. Then dip the carrots into the oat milk and make sure they are completely covered with the milk

    7. Now dip the carrot pieces in the Panko breadcrumbs and coat well with them

    8. Bake the breaded carrot sticks for 20 minutes at 180°C.°C in the oven
