High protein quark casserole

For more variety in your diet! This delicious high protein quark casserole with apples is not only incredibly easy to prepare, it also contains everything you need. Lots of protein, healthy fruit and no added sugar!

Ingredients (1casserole):

500g low-fat quark

4 eggs

3 apples

50g soft semolina

3 tbsp honey

1 lemon

½ sachet baking powder

50g LiveFresh Protein mix vanilla

 

Preparation:

  1. First preheat the oven to 180 °C fan oven

  2. Now peel the apples, cut half into cubes and the other half into slices, sprinkle with lemon and set aside

  3. Then beat the eggs and honey until frothy, fold in the quark, semolina and baking powder and stir into a creamy mixture

  4. Then fold in the diced apples and pour the batter into a shallow cake tin

  5. Finally, spread the apple slices on top, sprinkle with a little semolina and place in the oven for approx. 40 mins.

  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
