    Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 50 g
    Coconut flakes
  • 100 g
    Dark chocolate

    Place the raspberries in a bowl and mash with a fork until you have a smooth mixture

    Now add the coconut flakes to the crushed raspberries and mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed

    Place the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up a little

    In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie until it has a smooth consistency

    Then remove the chilled raspberry and coconut mixture from the fridge and shape into small pralines

    Now dip each raspberry and coconut ball into the melted dark chocolate so that it is completely covered in chocolate

    Place the chocolate-covered pralines on a tray or plate lined with baking paper and place in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes until the chocolate has set

    Once the chocolate has set, the healthy raspberry pralines are ready! You can store them in an airtight tin in the fridge and enjoy them as required
