Strawberry yogurt snack

Ingredients (1 portion):

250g fresh strawberries

200g natural yoghurt (preferably Greek yoghurt or yoghurt with a higher fat content)

2 tbsp agave syrup (or another sugar-free sweetener to taste)

100g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa content) 

Preparation:

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries and cut into small pieces

  2. Now mix the natural yoghurt and agave syrup in a bowl

  3. Then melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie

  4. Carefully add the strawberry pieces to the sweetened yoghurt and mix together

  5. Using a teaspoon, place small mounds of the strawberry and yoghurt mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and pour the melted chocolate over it

  6. Then place the baking tray in the freezer until they are firm

  7. Carefully remove the frozen snack from the baking paper and store in an airtight container in the freezer
