Ingredients (2 portions):
8 tbsp rolled oats
4 tbsp nut mix
1 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 vanilla pod
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
- Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread the mixture to a thickness of approx. 1 cm.
- Bake in the oven at 160 °C for 15 minutes.
- Leave the baked mixture to cool briefly and cut/break the granola into the desired size.
