Ingredients (approx. 4 bars):
30g puffed quinoa or roasted wheat
100-120g dark chocolate (vegan)
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie until it is liquid.
- Add the quinoa and stir it into the chocolate.
- Mix in a small pinch of salt.
- Pour the mixture into a bar mold and leave to cool for approx. 6 hours.
