Our one pot protein pasta is a must for all pasta lovers! The pasta is only prepared in one pot, you don't need more! Unless you want to have a crispy tofu like us instead of watching it in the pasta. For the dish you only need a few ingredients, it is finished in 15-20 minutes and tastes super tasty! Also great - the recipe is perfect for it in the preparation and follow -up of a Juice cure to integrate. Ingredients (2 portions):

100g red lentils noodles

100g mushrooms

1 carrot

½ onion

½ garlic clove

½ zucchini

50g baby spinach

250g smoked fou

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

½ tl oregano

½ teaspoon chili powder

350ml vegetable broth

125ml vegan alcohol -free white wine

1 handful of cherry tomatoes

Preparation:

  1. First cut the onions and garlic and put them in a saucepan with a little olive oil and braise
  2. In the meantime, cut the carrots, zucchini and mushrooms and also put them in the pot
  3. Add the tomato paste and the spices and fry briefly with
  4. Then pour the noodles with the vegetable broth and the vegan non -alcoholic white wine and make sure that everything is well covered with liquid
  5. Now bring the pot content to the boil and then simmer over a low heat until the noodles are cooked
  6. Stir occasionally and finally fold in the spinach
  7. Now dice the tofu and fry with a little olive oil in a pan with full strength on all sides
  8. Finally arrange the pasta and top with the tofu
