1 Hokkaido pumpkin

rosemary

salt

paprika powder

Olive oil

Preparation:

  1. First wash the pumpkin, cut in half and remove the seeds
  2. Now cut the pumpkin into small chips-like strips and place in a bowl
  3. Next, add the oil and spices and mix well
  4. Bake in the oven for just 20 minutes at 180° C fan oven.
  5. Pour the pumpkin fries into a bowl and serve with a dip of your choice - ready!
