Ingredients (2 portions):
2 pears
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp clove powder
¼ tsp vanilla powder
2 tbsp agave syrup
4 tbsp soy yogurt
4 tbsp pecan nuts
Preparation:
- Cut the pears in half (lengthwise).
- Remove the core with a spoon and place the pears cut side up in a small baking dish.
- Mix the agave syrup with the cinnamon and the clove and vanilla powder.
- Brush the spiced agave syrup over the pear halves.
- Place the pears in the oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes. The pears are cooked when the skin of the pear starts to blister.
- Take the pears out of the oven and leave them to cool until they are lukewarm. Fill the pear halves with soy yogurt and sprinkle with the nuts.
- Serve and enjoy!
