Ingredients (1 portion):
Approx. 400g firm tofu
2 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
garlic
1-2 cm ginger
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp onion powder
Red chili flakes
Spring onions
Preparation:

First wash and chop the garlic, ginger and spring onions

Now place all the ingredients except the spring onion in a bowl and mix well

Cut the tofu into slices and score lightly with a knife so that the marinade can soak in better

Finally, place the tofu in a baking dish, pour the spring onions and marinade over it, massage in the tofu and leave to marinate for approx. 2 hrs.
