Ingredients (1 portion):
1 banana
100g blueberries
1 tbsp oat flakes
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp chia seeds
200ml almond milk (unsweetened)
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients together in a blender
- Puree everything into a creamy smoothie
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy
