Summer is just around the corner and as temperatures continue to rise, it's easy to avoid heavy meals. This delicious smoothie is made with fresh fruit and is a super tasty and light meal on warm days. The recipe is not only suitable for preparing for your juice cleansebut also ideal as a follow-up. Ingredients (1 portion):

1 banana

100g blueberries

1 tbsp oat flakes

1 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp chia seeds

200ml almond milk (unsweetened)

Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a blender
  2. Puree everything into a creamy smoothie
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy
