Preparation:

Split the bananas so that you have two halves. Carefully insert an ice cream stick into the bottom end of each banana half

Now melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave

Now dip the banana halves completely into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to spread the chocolate evenly and ensure that the entire banana is covered

Optionally, you can also sprinkle chopped nuts over the chocolate

Then place the chocolate (and optional nuts) covered banana stems on baking paper and place them in the freezer for approx. 2-3 hours

Once the chocolate has set, you can take the ice cream out of the freezer and drizzle with almond butter and add any other toppings of your choice
