Ingredients (3 cups):
3 rice cakes
150g Greek yogurt
agave syrup
2 tbsp coconut flakes.
Topping:
Dark chocolate

Preparation:

Roughly crumble the rice cakes and mix them with the Greek yogurt and a dash of agave syrup until you have a smooth mixture

Now add 2 tbsp of coconut flakes and stir everything again

Pour the mixture into a small cake tin and press down evenly with a spoon

Leave the rice cake to rest in the fridge for approx. 1 hour until it has set

Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and pour it over the rice cake. Then sprinkle it again with coconut flakes
