High Protein Cini Minis
We all know them and have probably had them on the breakfast table at some point! Delicious Cini Minis! We have conjured up a healthier alternative for you with just a few ingredients. Really sweet, cinnamony and nice and crunchy. You can also enjoy them with almond milk for a vegan breakfast. Go on, give it a try now!

Ingredients (1 portion):
2 protein wraps
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp erythritol
Some melted butter for spreading
Preparation:

First spread the wraps with the butter

Then sprinkle with cinnamon and erythritol, roll up, cut into small pieces and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper

Finally, place in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 160 °C fan oven

Enjoy with a milk of your choice

Apple Pie Baked Oats
These baked Oats in apple pie style will not disappoint you, because they are certainly one of the tastiest ways to enjoy your morning oatmeal! Baked with apple pieces and a chocolate filling. Give them a try now!

Ingredients (1 portion):
30g rolled oats
10g protein mix vanilla
5g erythritol
pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp apple sauce
½ tsp baking powder
100ml milk
10g dark chocolate
½ apple
Preparation:

First puree all ingredients except the chocolate and apple in a blender

Then pour half of the batter into a small baking dish

Then spread the dark chocolate on top and pour the remaining batter on top
-
Now place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 °C fan oven

Finally, caramelize half the chopped apple with a little cinnamon and erythritol in a hot pan and spread over the finished baked oats

Enjoy!

High Protein Rice Cake Tiramisu

First mix the ground almonds, walnuts, spelt flour, rolled oats and erythritol in a bowl, make a small hollow in the middle, add the egg to the hollow, spread the butter in flakes, then knead the dough well and place in the fridge for 30 minutes

Then preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat

Now roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 4 mm on a floured surface and cut out the biscuits

Make a hole in the middle of half of the cut-out cookies and place in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes

Finally, spread jam on the unperforated cookies, place the perforated biscuits on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar

Tagliatelle with winter vegetables

Ingredients (4 portions):
150g carrots
150g root parsley
1 stalk of leek
50g celery stalks
1 onion
1 tbsp butter
200ml vegetable stock
450g tagliatelle
150ml vegan cooking cream
A little lemon juice
1 zest of an organic lemon
30g chopped walnuts
30g chopped hazelnuts
Parmesan cheese
Fresh herbs
Preparation:

First peel the carrots and root parsley and cut into small cubes, clean the leek and cut into small rings

Then heat the butter in a pan, add the chopped vegetables and fry until browned

Now deglaze with vegetable stock and reduce over a high heat

Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions

Once cooked, add the cooking cream, a little lemon juice, some lemon zest, fresh herbs, chopped nuts and bring to the boil again briefly

Now season to taste with salt and pepper, add the cooked tagliatelle and mix well

Finally, arrange on a plate and top with the remaining nuts and Parmesan. Enjoy!
