Vegan veal sausages are unfortunately often expensive and involve a lot of packaging waste or are not even available in shops. With our recipe, you can avoid both problems and simply make your own vegan veal sausage - for the Bavarian feeling from pure plant-based ingredients! The veal sausage recipe can also be ideally integrated into your juice cleanse preparation and post-processing as well as into a healthy everyday diet. It could hardly be better!

Ingredients (4 portions):
120g seitan flour
200g white beans
40ml water
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp zest of an organic lemon
¼ teaspoon mace
1 tsp marjoram
½ tsp cumin
salt
pepper
Preparation:
- First chop the onion and garlic
- Then puree the drained white beans together with the water, onion, garlic, lemon zest and spices
- Now add the bean puree to the seitan flour and knead quickly to form an even ball of dough
- Now divide the ball of dough into four equal parts and shape into sausages, wrap in a clean kitchen towel or cloth handkerchief and tie with kitchen string
- Simmer the knotted sausages in a pan with plenty of water for about 30 minutes
- Finally, leave to cool slightly in the cloth & then unwrap
- Now arrange and serve with some sweet mustard and a pretzel
- Enjoy the taste!
