Ingredients (approx. 95 pieces):
100ml LiveFresh juice of your choice
2 tsp agar agar
date syrup
3 tsp lemon juice
Equipment:
Moulds for the gummy bears
1 pipette or 1 small syringe
Preparation:
- Add 100ml of a LiveFresh juice of your choice into a saucepan and mix it at medium temperature with the agar agar
- Add the lemon juice and date syrup and mix everything thoroughly
- Pour the juice into the ramekins using a pipette or syringe
- Place the gummi bears in the fridge for 2 hours
- Remove them from the molds and enjoy!
