For the tacos:
1 banana
120g rolled oats
250ml oat milk
1/2 pack baking powder
coconut oil
For the filling:
Yoghurt
mango
Kiwi
Pomegranate seeds
Preparation:

Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl to create a creamy consistency

Now add the rolled oats, oat milk and baking powder and mix everything well

Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and add a little coconut oil

Pour a tablespoon of batter into the pan and spread into a round shape. The tacos should be about 8-10 cm in diameter

Fry the tacos on both sides until golden brown

Once the tacos have cooled, they can be filled as desired. To do this, place a tablespoon of yogurt on each taco, garnish with diced mango, sliced kiwi and pomegranate seeds
