Ingredients (6 pancakes):
80g almond flour
80g wheat flour
6 eggs
70ml milk
1 pinch of baking powder
pinch of salt
100ml mineral water
Some neutral oil for frying
Preparation:
- First mix the almond flour, wheat flour and baking powder
- Then add the eggs, milk, mineral water and salt and mix everything into a smooth batter
- Leave the dough to rest for approx. 10 minutes so that the flour can swell
- Finally, heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, pour the batter into the pan in batches and fry on both sides until golden brown
