What's more, there is usually more than just one cookie. That's why we have for you low-calorie, low-fat and low-sugar Christmas cookiesthat are super easy to bake. You can even eat them several times without feeling guilty. What's more, the protein Christmas cookies ideal as a Christmas snack during your preparation and follow-up work for your juice cleanse. Ingredients (1 portion):
50g oat flour
50g almond flour
40g protein powder
50g ground hazelnuts
40g butter (reduced fat)
1 egg
1 egg white
½ teaspoon baking powder
70% chocolate
Preparation:
- First knead all the ingredients into a dough and put it in the fridge for 1 hour
- Next, roll out the dough on a floured surface
- Then cut out the cookies, knead and roll out the dough again and again to get the maximum yield of cookies
- Now place in the oven for approx. 10 minutes at 160°C and keep an eye on them from time to time
- Finally, garnish with dark chocolate - done!
