Ingredients (10 bars):
50g amaranth
50g peanut butter
30g date syrup
65g dark chocolate
Preparation:
- First mix together the puffed amaranth, peanut butter and date syrup
- Then press the mixture into a bar shape
- Now melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or bain-marie
- Then spread the dark chocolate onto the bars with a brush
- Now place the bars in the fridge for approx. 1 hour and then you can enjoy them!
