Production Manager

Do you want to help guide a start-up to the top? We are looking for a Production Manager at our production site in Engelswies.

Tasks:

• Management of production in terms of planning and efficient use of existing production resources and employees
• Optimization of production processes
• Compliance with legal requirements and guidelines regarding hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection
• Coordination of maintenance and care of the machinery
• Management of the sustainability team

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of beverages or a similar technical degree program or training as a beverage operations manager or similar
• Exceptional commitment as a leader and role model
• High level of communication skills and implementation strength
• Experience in employee management, employee motivation and employee development
• High service and quality orientation as well as cost awareness
