Have you had enough and no longer want to be part of our LiveFresh community? That’s a real shame, but we respect everyone’s opinion. Please contact our Happy Service team via our contact form, and we’ll deactivate your account.

You can easily customize the schedule of your subscription in your customer account. If that doesn't work, please contact us using the contact form, and we'll help you with it.

The subscription can be canceled at any time, effective as of the next possible date.

To ensure that the cancellation is processed in time for the next shipment, we must receive it no later than 3 days before the next scheduled shipping date.

Your next shipping date is displayed in your customer account. You will also receive an email notification at least 3 days before shipment.

If the cancellation is not received by the deadline, the next shipment will still be processed, and the cancellation will take effect only after that.

Cancellation can be made through your customer account or in writing. To ensure it is processed correctly, please send your cancellation via email to bestellung@livefresh.de.

Unfortunately, we cannot apply credits to past orders.
