It's not always easy to consistently give up something during Lent. Are you currently fasting from sweets or sugar in general, for example, but can't give up your evening potato chips? Then we have just the thing for you in this article. Deliciously seasoned and roasted chickpeas.

Ingredients (1 portion):
500g chickpeas (can)
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
Preparation:
Put the tinned chickpeas in a bowl. Then add the olive oil and spices. Season to your taste. We used sea salt, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Stir the contents of the bowl with a spoon so that the spices are well distributed. Spread the spiced chickpeas on a baking tray and bake at 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes. Enjoy the taste.
