Shift Supervisor Production (m/f/d) - early and late shift
Location: Production site Engelswies (until fall), then move to our new site in Neuhausen
Your tasks:
- Management and coordination of a production team
- Ensuring a smooth production process in juice production
- Monitoring quality, hygiene and food safety (HACCP, CCP)
- Checking batches, quantity flows and production documentation
- Commissioning the machines at the start of the shift and rectifying minor technical faults during operation
- Close cooperation with engineering and maintenance in the event of major faults
- Compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards at machines and workstations
- Monitoring productivity and passing on relevant key figures
- Contact person for employees, technology, quality assurance and production management
- Documentation and reporting of deviations or technical anomalies
Your profile:
- Experience in a food production facility (e.g. beverages, fresh products)
- Basic technical understanding of production machines and processes
- Initial management experience or clear willingness to take on personnel responsibility
- High sense of quality, hygiene and responsibility
- Structured, reliable way of working
- Willingness to work early or late shifts
- Team player, assertive and solution-oriented
