Ingredients (4 portions):
200g potatoes
150g chickpeas
3 tbsp cashew butter
100ml white wine vinegar
240ml plant milk
3 tbsp yeast flakes
2½ tbsp potato starch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp olive oil

Preparation:
- First peel the potatoes and cut into 2-3 cm pieces.
- Now place the potatoes in a pan with the chickpeas, cover with water and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the lid off the bread, scoop out the bread, cut the crumb (the inside) into small pieces, fry in a pan until crispy and set aside.
- Now put the cooked potatoes and chickpeas in a blender. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend on the highest setting until the consistency of the mixture is smooth.
- Now pour the mixture into a saucepan, turn the heat to medium and simmer for a few minutes until the fondue is stretchy and elastic.
- Finally, pour the fondue into the bread and serve with the fried bread cubes and vegetables, if desired.
