Your tasks
Retention marketing campaigns:
- Planning and implementation of creative, cross-channel campaigns (e-mail, WhatsApp, postcards, push notifications, flyers, postings, give-aways, etc.)
- Development and implementation of flows with Klaviyo and Charles
Customer surveys:
- Conducting surveys to measure customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Obtaining feedback on campaigns, products, customer experiences, needs and trends
KPI evaluations:
- Analysis and optimization of retention KPIs
- Identification of optimization potential
Customer journey:
- Identification of new retention touchpoints
- Development of new customer journeys with a focus on increasing customer lifetime value (CLV)
Objectives:
- Increasing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and sales through effective CRM
- Increase the CLV
- Improvement of defined KPIs (open rates, CVR, sign-ups, engagement, etc.)
Email marketing (Klaviyo):
- Monitoring, optimization and further development of the email channel
- Content planning and implementation
- Consultation and coordination with the agency
WhatsApp marketing (Charles):
- Monitoring, optimization and further development of the WhatsApp channel
- Content planning and implementation
App development:
- Assistance in setting up and developing the newly planned app
Loyalty programs:
- Optimization and further development of our loyalty program (Loyalty Lion)
- Optimization and further development of our subscription offer
- Optimization and further development of our referral programs (Referral Candy & ReviewsIO)
Print mailing campaigns:
- Planning and coordination of print mailing campaigns
Mailing materials:
- Optimization and further development of our parcel inserts and shipping materials
Analysis & reporting:
- Analysis and reporting of all CRM channels
Strategic further development:
- Overview and further development of the entire CRM area and strategy
- Recognition and optimization of customer behavior, touchpoints and optimization potential
- Promotion of customer loyalty
Your profile:
- Degree in marketing, business or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in CRM, ideally in an e-commerce environment
- Sound knowledge in the use of CRM tools (Klaviyo, Charles, Loyalty Lion, Referral Candy, ReviewsIO)
- Analytical skills and experience in dealing with KPI analyses and optimizations
- Creativity and strategic thinking
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, proactive way of working and high self-motivation
